Military Firefighters support the CFFF. During the graduation of the Canadian Forces Fire Service apprentice firefighters at Camp Borden (ON), a donation to the CFFF totalling $1600.00 was made to the President, Robert Kirkpatrick and the CFFF Military Director, Chief Warrant Officer Bruce Paradis.
The money was raised through the efforts of the students and Canadian Forces Fire and CBRN Academy staff. The Qualification Level 3 Apprentice firefighters ran a golf tournament which netted over $600 and students raised an additional $1000 by contributing to a Friday fund that allowed them to drive their vehicles in lieu of marching.
The CFFF would like to thank both students and staff and urge them to continue their very successful fundraising efforts.
